2. Products & Availability
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. Product images are for reference purposes only, and minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are mentioned in INR. Prices and product details are subject to change without prior notice. Once payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed.
4. No Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
5. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns. Products once delivered cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
6. No Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy. Payments once made are final and non-refundable.
7. Replacement Policy (Defective Products Only)
Replacement is allowed only in case of a manufacturing defect.
Conditions for replacement:
- The defect must be reported within [24/48 hours] of delivery.
- Customers must share clear images or an unboxing video as proof of defect.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Replacement will be initiated only after verification by Axon Lifestyle Pvt Ltd.
- If the same product is unavailable, a similar product may be provided at our discretion.
- No cash or online refund will be issued in any case.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement of the defective product. We shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
